Install
soVision will assist with the initial install and setup of the software and services on your soHost server, at no additional cost. A complete list of 'in-house' software available can be found on the supported software page, if you don't see what you need please contact us, we will be happy to help source and install the software you require.
Hardware Maintenance
All soHost servers are hosted on soVision's own hardware infrastructure, which is maintained and updated by our team of technicians ensuring your server is always available.
Backups
Based upon soVision's own backup solution, we will agree with you a suitable backup policy and schedule to ensure your data is secure, no matter what happens.
Firewall Protection
All soHost servers are protected by soVision's own firewall. This firewall is fully configurable on a per server basis and soVision's experts will be on hand to assist with this configuration as required.
Networking and IP allocation
Servers are run from our managed Cisco network and will be allocated up to 5 static IP addresses as required. If you need more than 5 static IP addresses please contact us to discuss your options.
24/7 Server Monitoring
Based upon soVision's own soMonitor solution, we can monitor your soHost server and the software and services running on it, alerting you immediately by email or text when a problem or issue occurs.
Ongoing Software Installation
soVision will provide ongoing help and support with any new software that needs to be installed on your server.
