The soMonitor solution runs intermittent checks on servers and services you specify and when problems are encountered soMonitor can send notifications out to nominated contacts in a variety of different ways (email, instant message, SMS, etc.). Current status information, historical logs and reports generated by this software can all be accessed via your web browser.

- SMS notifications - As well as receiving an email, get an SMS on your mobile phone to alert you of a problem.
- Event handlers for pro-active problem resolution - If there is a problem event that can be fixed by running a particular script, this will automatically run when that situation occurs.
- Monitoring of host resources - Processor load, disk and memory usage, running processes, log files, etc.
- Graphing of data sets - Graphing of data sets, including CPU usage, memory usage, etc.
