Online Support System (soSupport)

What is soSupport?

soVision operates an online support ticketing system called soSupport. This system allows our support customers to request support, view remedial activities and produce detailed reports. The application was developed by our own In-House development team; all support customers are able to use the application for their own internal IT support. The application is quite unique and is available to purchase on a yearly licensing agreement for non-support customers.

Accessing soSupport

soSupport is a web based application and can be accessed through any internet enabled PC, on any web browser, from any location.

The Benefits

soSupport manages all the support requests that either our customers raise or that we raise on behalf of our customers, it gives full details of all requests that have been raised, that are still open, any that have notes attached or indeed closed with the closing information. It has a powerful reporting function that will generate Adobe PDF reports detailing all issues and activity durations taken for any given period, i.e. per day, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly.  You can also see how many support credits you have remaining, and the application has the functionality to enable purchase of further credits if required.
