On-Site Engineers

soVision is based in Bristol, our engineers respond to calls across the South West and Wales. We employ a dedicated, field based IT Support team who can respond on-site to your IT issues within one or four working hours or by the next day depending upon location and maintenance agreement. Our on-site engineers are complemented by secure VPN connections and terminal services so are able to start rectifying faults immediately.

Hardware maintenance

We offer comprehensive and flexible hardware maintenance agreements which can include or exclude parts and warranty management. Hardware maintenance agreements have become less of an issue over the last few years due to the relatively low cost of replacement parts and machines.

Support levels

All IT Support contracts have Service Level Agreements (SLA) attached to them that are pre-determined by location. On the majority of contracts we aim to provide an engineer on-site within 4 hours for urgent or critical incidents. We are able to meet SLA’s by connecting remotely and rectifying most faults without actually attending a site, saving our customers time and mileage costs.

Availability

Our on-site IT Support services are available from 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday for both new and existing customers. We adopt a common sense approach to on-site support, if a job needs rectifying before the next working day we will remain until the job is complete, equally we are committed to business continuity for our customers, and will work over weekends to ensure that service resumes by the next working day.
