Major connectivity incident on 07/10/2008 between 09.40 and 17.40 (approx)
All soVision services are now operating normally. There was an incident in Bristol today which caused a break in the Telewest fibre affecting a large number of Telewest customers. Telewest fibre engineers located and repaired the break at 17.40 GMT. Whilst normal service has resumed some customers may experience delayed email for the next 6-12 hours. soVision apologises for any inconvenience this may have caused.
