soVision operates a 8:00am to 6:00pm IT Support Help desk. Our help desk is available to new and existing customers via the telephone, email and our web based helpdesk application.
Remote access
Remote access is available for your computers, servers and networks using our web based remote access tool or a secure VPN connection.
Capabilities
Our service desk can support most business operating systems, application software, back office software, hardware and telephony.
Availability
Our help desk is available 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday for both new and existing customers. Out of hours support is available if required.
