How to find us
By road from M4 Junction (18):
Join A46 towards Bath. At first roundabout (Cold Ashton - junction with A420) turn right on A420 towards Bristol.
Stay on A420, pass through WICK (beware of 40mph speed camera on return journey), and approx 1 mile further on where The Griffin PH faces you turn left at the double mini-roundabout signed A4175 to OLDLAND COMMON.
Stay on this road until you reach the roundabout joining the A431. Turn right - there are only two options (left is Bitton and Bath) - pass under railway bridge, left at next roundabout on A4175 to Keynsham. Approx ¾ mile (just past Lockkeeper PH and bridge over river Avon) turn left into Avon Mill Lane, Avon House is 100 yards on the left (facing The Brassmill Restaurant) just before railway bridge.
By road from Bristol:
Follow sings on A4 to Bath. At roundabout link to eastern ring road take last exit to Keynsham. At the second roundabout (Church ahead on your left), turn left and follow road past Cadbury’s factory on your left and the Station on your right. Take first right into Avon Mill Lane. Avon House is straight in front of you, immediately before railway bridge and opposite entrance to The Brassmill.
By road from Bath:
Follow signs to Bristol out of Bath on A4. On outskirts of Bath, at end of dual carriageway, take last exit (still on A4) at roundabout (Globe PH on left). Continue on through Saltford to large roundabout. Take first exit (Bath Road) to Keynsham, and at next roundabout (Talbot Inn on right), take right to Keynsham.Continue downhill to double mini-roundabout - over first, turn right at second into Avon Mill Lane. Continue under A4, past trading estate on right. Road narrows under railway bridge, turn right immediately after bridge at the mini roundabout, Avon House is on your right.
By rail:
Regular service from Bristol Temple Meads and Bath Spa station, Bath to Keynsham. Avon House is a short walk down the hill. Turn right into Avon Mill Lane and you’ll see Avon House at the end of the road directly in front of you.
Parking:
Ample private car parking space is available. For additional parking please use The Brasmill car park directly opposite Avon House.
