KPI Reporting system for a large MOD equipment supplier
Scenario:
A supplier of large equipment to the MOD required a system that could take
information in a number of formats and produce KPI reports to present to the
MOD. The solution would only be used by a few key people within a single
office.
Solution
After requirement gathering and analysis, soVision recommended the
implementation of a Windows based application produced using VB.Net.
The application was developed using a login system to protect the application
from unauthorised access. Methods were developed to enable quick and accurate
importing of data into the system which would be used for the basis of the KPI
reports.
The reports were designed and developed to reflect the high level of accuracy
demanded by the client to assist their business needs presenting their
performance to the MOD.
