Credit Based Support
Credit based support enables you to purchase blocks of IT support which can be called off as needed, essentially 1 credit is 1 hour of labour.
Purchasing
Most support accounts start with at least a day’s worth of credits, however this can be negotiated depending upon the size of your organisation and the projected usage. Once you run low on credits we will automatically notify you that you are running low. You can purchase credits either in blocks, or monthly/quarterly by way of a standing order.
Service level agreement
Credit based support is a full service level agreement and continues to offer guaranteed telephone and on-site response times.
Contract duration
Credit based IT Support can scale and change with your business needs and remains valid for the life time of your contract or until used. Our credits have no expiry period so as long as you continue your support with us any remaining credits remain valid.
