TELESALES / TELEMARKETING EXEC

Part-time OR Full time

Outbound Telesales - c£15-20K OTE , flexible contract and hours, great potential, excellent salary

We’re currently looking for an additional full or part-time outbound telesales person to join our small friendly team phoning clients and new prospects and making appointments for our sales and technical teams.

Our product range as you can see from this website is extensive: ICT support and managed services, website development, hosting, broadband, bespoke software development, professional consultancy and training services.

Your role:

Your main role is to contact potential customers to establish interest in our services and gain appointments for our sales consultants. You will need to work with the team to develop target markets and evolve the telemarketing function as part of our overall sales and marketing strategy.

Keys Skills and Experience :

• You will need to be polite, friendly, reliable, tenacious and professional
• You MUST have outbound telesales experience in a B2B environment - previous experience of telesales in any or all of our product markets will be particularly useful
• You will be a confident user of standard MS packages (Word, Excel, contacts manager databases etc) and be disciplined in recording contact history and follow ups on our databases

• Immediate start
• Flexible hours: 22 - 37 hours a week - ideally you will be able to commit 3, 4 or 5 full days per week but we can flex to suit hours around school run, etc if required
• Flexible contract - employed basis or hourly rate contract basis to suit

Salary between £15-20K pa (pro rata for part time) depending on experience plus a performance bonus of up to £5,000 pa.
